Simply Neutrals # 32 Wildflowers on Mt Kosciuszko

Hello friends,

I'm a bit late posting for this week's Simply Neutral Tuesday as I've been on a walking trip in the Snowy Mountains for a few days.

Jesse Rowan

Thank you Wen for featuring my collages on this week's Simply Neutral Tuesday.

I camped and walked with two women friends. We walked about 34 kilometres in the highest part of Australia. It's Summer here, and the weather was mild, but windy. The sun was fierce.

The Summer wildflowers were largely finishing, but still we found some great clumps of them... I chose the neutral-coloured ones for this post, and I'll post more of the coloured ones soon.

These paper daisies were growing in drifts around Mt Kosciuszko.

Here I am waving to you from the very top of Australia. I am sitting on the Trig Point on top of Mt Kosciuszko.

We found more paper daisies and snow daisies near Mt Stilwell too.

I love the textures of the plants growing on the granite rocks.

Thank you for stopping by. Now I must go and look at everyone's contributions for Simply Neutrals Tuesday  #32. Come with me to Wen's blog, Apple Apricot here. I'm sure we'll find some beautiful neutrals to browse...

Have a great week,

Jesse XXX
